A2 Cow GHEE

A2 cow ghee is clarified butter made from the milk of cows that produce only A2 beta-casein protein, known for being easier to digest than A1 protein. It is often produced using the traditional Bilona method of churning curd to extract butter, which is then slow-simmered. This process is said to preserve beneficial nutrients, including fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K, as well as omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.
